PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
If you are reading this document, it is because you are about to provide me with your personal data. In connection with the provision of such data, I am obliged to instruct you on how we process such data, or I may need your consent for some of the data you provide in this way, which you give by ticking the button within the questionnaire that you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with this document.

I am Tomáš Ivánek (hereinafter referred to as the „Controller“), and within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll, on the processing of personal data, as amended, at the moment you provide me with your personal data, I will continue to process it as set out below.

Why do I process your data?

I process your personal data for the reasons for which you have provided the data, in particular to deal with your enquiries or to comply with your request to be contacted by the Controller, as well as to send you an offer of services if you ask me to do so (hereinafter referred to as „personal data“).

When you send me your questions, enquiries or otherwise communicate with me in this way, you are providing me with your data on the basis of your voluntary consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to me@tomasivanek.cz.

What personal data do I process?
As the Data Controller, I process the personal data that you provide to me, such data being your name, surname, e-mail address and, where applicable, telephone number.
If you provide me with personal data of third parties, it is your responsibility to inform the person concerned and to secure their consent to these privacy terms.

Who processes your personal data?
The processing of personal data is carried out by me as the Data Controller.

Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not share your personal data with third parties.

How long do I process your data?
The duration of the processing of personal data varies depending mainly on the reason for which I process it.
I always process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between us. I must process such personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of services, whether these obligations arise from the contract between us or from generally binding legal provisions, regardless of the consent given by you, for the period of time specified by or in accordance with the relevant legislation (e.g. for tax documents, this period is at least 10 years).

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 10 years or until such consent is withdrawn.

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?
It depends on the grounds on which weIprocess your data. If it is data that I process because it is required by law, then you have the right to:
– To ask me to tell you what personal data I process about you, to ask for a copy of that data,
– ask me for an explanation about the processing of your personal data,
– request access to that data and have it updated or corrected,
– to data portability,
in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to go to court. However, I will be happy if you contact me first and I can resolve the situation together.

If you have given your consent to the processing, then beyond the above you also have the right to:
– withdraw your consent at any time by withdrawing your consent in writing in the manner set out above,
– request a restriction on the processing of such data,
– require me to erase such personal data.
